This blog is dedicated to self-improvement and self-growth. It will change and grow with time and, as it grows and changes, this description will change as well.

Change is the only thing that is constant. Whatever doesn’t grow – it stagnates; it goes back. Nothing stays the same day after day – it either grows or regresses. It’s true for EVERYTHING and this blog is no exception.

While there are many blogs on self-improvement and self-growth, each of them represents the personality of the author hence all of them are different.

There are no two people alike, no two people who have exactly the same life story and even if they do (strangely) they do not perceive whatever happened the same way.

What is included in self-improvement and self-growth?

Basically EVERYTHING – as the blog grows it might develop one prominent theme or it might grow relatively equally in many different directions.

Who is Lynn Alex?

Lynn Alex has many different degrees in diverse disciplines. Her degrees include BSc in Computer Science, MBA and Certified General Accountant of Canada.

While she was doing all her degrees, she had a feeling that she gets more and more disconnected with who she was.

In between her studies, full-time job and family responsibilities she was trying to find time to understand how to fill that void within, what she really wanted, what her life purpose was.

Taking different courses in self-development, spiritual studies, doing meditations, studying profound books and natural healing techniques, trying astral projections, learning how to forgive herself and others helped her understand herself and those around her better; helped her to forgive herself and others, stop judging and embrace the reality as is with gratitude.

Finally she decided to do some formal, certificate studies in Holistic Health and became an American Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner.

She will try to convey her life experience through her posts. Some posts will be more formal and others more personal. All of them will be her own perceptions of what is.
