Change your mind and your life will change.
How many times did you hear this statement? It became extremely popular these days with the different books and movies such as the “Law of Attraction”, “The Secret” and other highly popular ones. Many people had mixed experiences with the Law of Attraction.
Does it really work?
Yes, it does! Whatever we concentrate upon we receive. The only problem is that people usually concentrate on the wrong things. One moment they think about the abundance then shortly afterwards they complain to a friend about lack of money and scarcity in general in an hour long conversation.
It is hard to control thoughts and find out what were your predominant thoughts throughout the day however it is much easier to know how you feel. If you feel down, exhausted, depressed you do not attract anything positive into your life – it means your predominant self-talk is negative. You attract what you feel.

To remain positive do the “Gratitude” exercise.
Start with 10 things you are grateful for in your life right now. If you feel depressed it is hard to start but as you go it will become much easier. You will be able to find much more things to be grateful for in your life right now. As you finish this exercise you will feel how abundant and lucky you are. Practice this exercise continuously. Be grateful even for the things you haven’t received yet.

This attitude of gratitude will attract all the good things you want to bring into your life.
