The Law of Attraction II
We all want to attract good things and positive experiences into our lives. Sometimes we succeed, sometimes we don’t.
I am sure you too had mixed experiences in attracting what you want into your life. Why does this happen? The law of attraction doesn’t change from one instance to another which means that in some cases we respect all the requirements of the Law and in other cases we don’t. Then, what are the requirements?
First answer some questions:
What thoughts do you predominantly have? It is not so easy to answer – how can you know that? Look at your life as it is right now, at circumstances and people that you attracted. Are you satisfied with what you see? If not, then your predominant thinking is working against your conscious desire, against what you want to create, what you desire to attract into your life. It doesn’t matter what you say you want or what you visualize and affirm 20 minutes every day if your self-talk for the rest of the day is negative – like attracts like.
You attracts what you are. And you are what you think most of the time. If one moment you affirm: “Unlimited Abundance is coming into my life easily and effortlessly” and the very next moment you start complaining how hard your life is – nothing is going to change for better.
What you believe is possible is TRUE for you.
“Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.” Henry Ford
How can you know what kind of thought you have every particular moment? Pay attention to how you feel. Every thought creates a particular feeling, good or bad. By analyzing your feelings you will know what kind of thoughts you hold.
If you feel depressed and down then your predominant thoughts are negative. Start saying to yourself: “I feel good. My intention is to feel good”. In the beginning you won’t even want to say this phrase – it might take some effort to repeat it first couple of times because of strong inner resistance and feeling that it isn’t true.
Persist and you will quickly notice that you start feeling better. Positive thoughts change the way you feel and thus you become a magnet for all small and big positive experiences in your life according to the Universal Law of Attraction.
Everything you want starts within you, with your thoughts. Clear your mind of all negativity through meditation or other techniques, visualize and affirm what you want, pay attention to your feelings during the day and change your thoughts as soon as you start feeling negative, make sure your spoken word is in accordance with what you want to attract, have faith that your good is coming to you and behave as if you already received what you wanted, be grateful for everything you have in your life and what is coming to you.
Sometimes you unconsciously live according to this law and everything comes to you easily and effortlessly, other times you persist in holding negative beliefs that work against what you want to create. By knowing the requirements of the Law it is easier to create consciously the life desired.
If you live every day with awareness of how you feel every moment and make a conscious effort to change your negative thoughts you will be surprised how quickly all you want will come into your life – just make sure you REALLY want it so you won’t be disappointed afterwards!

Thanks for bringing this up!
It is easy to say that something isn’t working instead of looking at ourselves and seeing what we are doing wrong.

It’s kind of a vicious cycle. When you’re depressed you think depressing thoughts that attract more depression. Hard to get out of!
Yes, I agree, it is not easy to get out of depressed state – you need an outside help, you need someone beside you who can help. The point is to prevent this from happening.
Our body is an amazing mechanism. To think that depression is caused only by emotional factors is just 50% true. Another 50% comes from the food that we eat (or don’t eat). No matter how paradoxically this may sound but faulty nutrition can be one of the causes of depression.
Sometimes something simple like taking high potency vitamin B complex can help end depression that lasted for years and along with other benefits save on recurring counseling fees.
